I've had so many funds taken from me than initially agreed in the contact. Because I was desperate for a car as I needed it for work, when taking the car in for "inspection" they would take the keys from me and tell me to pay an additional of R1600 or R1200 (it varied month to month) and having to pay my instalment of R4500. They would tell me if I do not pay the full amount, I will not get the car for another month knowing that I needed the car in order to work. So, they were basically using the car as leverage to ****** further funds from me.

Clients are too scared and do as they ask as most livelihoods depends on a vehicle to be mobile. On returning the car I asked for my deposit back, they advised I did not pay a deposit when I remember making a payment at the branch. Dinesh has blocked my number everyone is giving me the run around. Dinesh never calls me back. If one’s number is blocked it only indicates guilt.

I have since logged a query with the bank and opened a case at the police station. When asking for my deposit back I was told by the agent on the line to submit a bank statement indicating the deposit amount of R5400. To my shock it did not reflect. There is clearly a way Why Buy Cars have found a way to ***** the bank system. R5400 is not pocket change and I clearly remember asking the guy at the counter when collecting the vehicle, "when my deposit be refunded", as I had just been recently retrenched, he advised when you bring the car back you receive your deposit back. They prey on people making an honest living.

Do not be fooled by the cover name of Woodford car hire, Why Buy Cars who operate in affiliation are evil ******* with no limits *****ing from people who barely have.
