Monthly harrasment- Sudesh from TFS legal

I have an outstanding debt with why buy cars because of the damage I admitted. I made a payment arrangement which I have been honoring. I noticed that if my payment is late (that is after the 25th) Sudesh from TFS legal calls me. Calls are not a problem but the way that guy harrases me is unacceptable. This guy sends me rude whatsapp texts and I had to block him on whatsapp. I sent emails asking him to stop being rude a number of times and I copied someone from Why buy cars but no one interfered. Just today he called me with a private number and when I answered he said where is my money. I dropped the call when I found out it was him because that is no way to speak to a paying client. WHen I dropped the call he sent an sms saying why am I avoiding him only dishonest people do that. The guy has no interpersonal skills, he is rude and does not know that when you call someone you greet and then talk about whatever it is you are about. I even suspect that the guy has a mental illness there is no way anyone can be that shallow. I have dealt with debt collectors before and none of them were this rude. I did not run away from the debt I accepted and have been paying but from now onwards I do not want to deal with Sudesh. If you are not changing him I am not paying a dime!!!!!

The responce above is not acceptable. I am willing to pay the outstanding debt but I do not want to deal with a debt collector that behaves like a loan shark. Are you going to change the person I am dealing with? I am still a paying client and I was really disappointed by this behavior as I had a good interaction with why buy cars in the past hence I did not even hesitate to start paying for the damages. If you do not change this person you have certainly lost me and my family as a client in the future even though this is not your fault but you could change the consultatnt to someone who is able to deal with clients and collect them. I only missed 1 payment in October and since my complaint is falling on deaf ears I gues February will be added to that list. No paying client deserves such treatment, I would understand if I kept on missing the payments.
