I'm tired of complaining

Company constantly makes changes to processes and NOT alerting customers or even well in advance for that matter. Changes are always immediate, leaving us to have to find a way. Feels like one is treated lile a ********. The lying that emails are sent in advance are starting to get old, I've checked and confirmed my email address a thousand times yet the only emails I receive are invoices or reviews.
