Hidden and unnecessary costs plus it was not smooth was there for 4hours

Too many hidden costs, was paying them on time suddenly I owe them, surprisingly if I want to renew my contract there's a deposit fee, of which was not informed about, they also charged me for not bringing the car inspection off which they told me they will send someone to inspect it then they change rules but don't inform us and expect us to bring in the car, how cause I was waiting for the company to contact me for an appointment when the inspector is coming suddenly I must bring it in but no one informed me. Hidden and unnecessary costs claiming that I missed a payment. For me to renew my contract I waited for the whole 4hours before the whole thing gets done
