Good value for money but billing issues are concerning and inconveniencing.

The booking on Whybuycars website is easy and painless. The lease is affordable and good value for money.

However, the billing team keeps making billing errors which are very inconveniencing. For 2 months in a row they are billing me for e-tolls that do not belong to me, what's worse is that they are taking too long to correct/resolve these errors.

We are now on a 3rd week since I raised the first e-toll billing error with no resolution, the consultant keeps telling me that they are checking or following up with their risk department. Also, I often only receive feedback/update upon following up numerous times. This should be a very simple check to make but for some reason it's taking weeks.

Please could someone intervene and get to the bottom of this issue?

I would still like to choose Whybuycars but with these unresolved issues , I am strongly re-considering.
