Forget about your refund
Everything was great until i returned their car. They debited R19000 from my account without even a notice. I did damage the car and the cost for that was R10 000. Okay i guess the other cost was for excessive km, it's okay i cant fight that.
My greatest problem is the refund of my deposit. For the company that was so quick to debit my account, you would think they would be fair enough to refund me as quick. I have been made to write emails stating that i wont reverse, which i did, but the only thing i get from that is lies after lies, saying my refund will be processed tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came since April. DINESH knows!
I was warned against this company but i never thought all that was said was true.
