Disgusting service from Dinesh

Absolutely disgusting with the service received from Dinesh at Woodford car hire/why buy cars rentals!! We have had a lease for over a year now and have always paid our rental on time. Our previous rental has a bump due to someone opening their car door on it and when we were contacted to swop to a new car as the the etios was being sold we were told by dinesh we can pay off the damage monthly, a few months ago he suddenly decided to change his story and say they need payment immediately so we told him we will pay it off over the next few months and it would be settled by 7th of January. We had 2 incidents where we ran out of fuel inside our estate and we had the car battery die infront of our home in a security estate. We made payment for the vehicle rental and part of the damage payment on the 7th(yesterday) and today we were contacted by dinesh saying we are high risk and the rental must be returned immediately. This is ridiculous, for him to wait for us to pay for the car for the month and then tell us to return it as if he didn’t know it needed to be returned prior. Dinesh is very fast to call us and ask us to post good reviews about his service on hello Peter so he can get paid for it yet he treats clients this way! Absolutely unacceptable
