TOTALLY ********** institution!

Having ordered and paid for (R 15,820) a 7.2Kw battery as advertised on their Websites front page on th 9th of March 2022, it was virtually impossible to get hold of anyone telephonically on *** or via email: *** to query my order. Only after opening a case of theft at the Barberton Police station, Case No: CAS 250/3/2022 did they respond. 9 days later I was sent SECOND HAND a battery of only 3.5Kw which was completely damaged and unusable. This company is a TOTALLY ********** institution! I will be taking this matter further as they refuse to refund me!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
