Worst service from wholesale solar

I bought a solar system as advertised as a special on the 11/01/2022 , things went smoothly for the first few days thereafter my calls and text have been ignored , only when I threaten to publish this in social media I got a reply , the deal came with no accessories, cables and connectors , and old battery was sent , the battery came with scratches , when I enquirer about it , I was told it’s the courier guys , but the package came within its boxes and sealed by protecting foam , with no manual and missing *****s

The solar mounting rail came in half but inadequate mounting brackets and clamps

When I enquirer about I got ignored and my calls got ignored , only when I said I’ll post this on social media I then got a reply “ the warehouse it’s too far , we will go and collect your stuff and deliver them “ when I asked why I got no reply thereafter , but when I ask other questions not related to the order I get replies

Till today 26/01/2022 I haven’t received my stuff , do not buy from this guys , they are ****** , his name is Mark and there’s also a lady who answers the phone , who contradicts what mark says

I have asked them to come and deliver my accessories as per deal and exchange the batteries

I’m even questioning the inventer and solar panels I received of those are second hand as well
