WHOLESALEPRICE.CO.ZA THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED

I paid the 27th of October, on their website they falsely advertised that it would be delivered by Monday the 2nd of November 2020. I heard nothing from them for a week and had to contact them myself and since then it's been a nightmare. They constantly make empty promises of getting back to me by the end of the day which they do not keep. I requested a refund and was told it would take 14 days to process and after 14 days I'm still waiting for my money. This product was to feed my vegan child and I had to resort to borrowing another R560 to feed my vegan child proper protein. They know about it but just don't care. Now they are claiming it is company policy that a refund takes 14 business days but it's not stated on their website. Be warned you will work very hard at getting anything from them. Their customer service is terrible and they take days to get back to you. It's still too early to say if it's a **** but it's been 33 days and I'm still struggling to get my money back.
