I placed an online order on 26 September 2020. Eventually after countless phone calls, emails and chats - with a different story every time, I cancelled my order on 5 November. Today is 1 December - I still have no refund and it doesn't look like I'll ever get my money back. While the staff communicate quite well (when you can get hold of them) it is seemingly just a well run ****.

What a waste of money, time and mostly energy. Do not fall for what they say on the website and make the same mistake I did!
