Goods not received

I ordered lingerie to the value of R2500. A month later aramex contacted me and said customs are holding the goods and I must pay almost R3000 to release. I refused to pay as I had already paid R2500 for the goods. I called Barry of Wholesale Lingerie who said he would sort it out because it was too much customs duties. <br> 3 months later and still no response after several emails. <br> Aramex sent me an email saying the goods were destroyed. I sent an email to Barry requesting a refund and no response whatsoever. <br> This is the same as theft. I paid for goods and never received them and clearly Barry of wholesale lingerie has no intention of resolving the issue as he has ignored my contact completely. <br>
