False promises on delivery, shocking service

I ordered a product and specifically selected the express delivery, which cost nearly the same amount as the product. This is to ensure it would be delivered on time which based on the information supp**** (4-5) working days should have arrived on time. The contact person could give me no guarantee when I called him to explain the order had to be sent to me by a specific day. He didn't call me back as he was too busy swimming on the beach! He didn't take my concerns seriously and literally told me '**** happens' on the phone. I believe this is highly unprofessional and shows poor customer relations as he could never give me a straight answer when I called him. He was never in the office either. This is incredibly disappointing and I will make sure never to order from them again and advise as many people as possible not to.
