Worst service ever- false advertising...

This is the WORST SERVICE that I received from a Online store, they are so UNPROFESSIONAL.

I purchases sanitizers online from them, i ordered and paid for four bottles. I received an email stating that I will receive another email with a link to track my order once its shipped, received an email that also stated that my ordered was CONFIRMED.

Up until today I still have not received any email with a link to track my parcel, I have contacted the company several times with no answer, emailed several times with no response. Then I received an email stating that they are out of stock and will let me know when the warehouse received stock....

How can they do this, they have my money for products that I purchased online, If an online store is out of stock on products then you can not purchase the products!!!! And I did make payment and they did have stock.

So either they send my products to me or they refund me!!!!! Or I have no other choice as to take it to my attorney.!
