WholeSurgical is such a ****, I placed an order on the 31st October but I still haven’t received any of the items. Been calling them every week, I get a different explanation each time. I then requested a refund, was asked to send a bank account confirmation letter, did that but it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received the refund. Tried calling them again, they are not taking my calls.
