I placed an order for delivery pm14/07/2022. Payment for items and shipping was made. WholeSurgical confirmed the order. Upon telephonic enquiry a month later, I was informed that the items have been discontinued. I requested a refund and confirmed my banking details by e-mail. I have sent several e-mails without reply or receiving my refund.
