Short in quantity and incorrect items

We placed an order on WholeSurgical.co.za. Get contacted within a day or two by a lady about them not having stock of one of the items, but she offers a replacement with a similar item by another manufacturer. We accept and delivery takes place in good time. But: out of a list of ten different items they got four items correct. The rest is either short in quantity, or the wrong item. Sent an email, but so far they have all bounced back as undelivered. Reading the reviews here, we are not very hopeful...
