Read For Fair Review

In my experience I believe Whole Surgical is a fairly small and relatively new company.

Ive never had an issue with them , Ive always received polite service. They have helped me source products, suggested alternatives and let me know if stock was available for products.

Their website images and prices are not always correct which is why I find it helpful contacting them for accurate prices and assistance with my orders, the agents are always very helpful and patient with me, sending me correct images or suggesting alternatives for me to select.

Overall I believe they do have improvements to be made but are kind, friendly enough and passionate about their business

I recommend communicating and being patient to ensure you get you orders and receive good service. Having customer entitlement does not help.
