DONT USE THIS COMPANY

The lack of communication is honestly unacceptable! Rude! Unhelpful and I regret buying any thing from this company!

Spent R700 on BS 50ml syringes. Needed for specific purposes and a completely different syringe arrived.

After 2 weeks of constant phone calls & emails to try arrange a return. Someone answered and she was rude, unhelpful and argued with me.

At the end of the day, what was advertised on their website VS what I received was a completely different syringe. Her argument was that I didn’t read the small print.

At the end of the day their customer service & company communication is unacceptable!
