Don't order from this company.

I ordered stoma pouches from WholeSurgical. Looked like a good product and a good price. Specifically ordered 1 piece drainable.. They phoned, quite promptly, telling me that the size I required was not available could they send another size, I agreed.They delivered, promptly, the pouches for the two piece system. Which you cannot use unless you have a base plate. Base plates are expensive, up to R200 each, so I contacted them and they agreed to replace with the correct pouch. We checked the code and I returned the first order. I was told that they cannot replace the second order if it is incorrect. I thought they wouldn't make the same mistake twice so agreed. The second order arrived, it was the same 2 piece pouch. Emails don't work so I WhatsApped them with all the details.The Code on the box matched the order. So there was an incorrect code either on their website or on the box. Their answer: Read terms and conditions on returns. Which says roughly:" if the product delivered is similar to the picture they will not replace it" Case Closed! So ....... if I ordered a Mercedes Benz and they sent me an Atos I would have to accept the Atos because it was a similar product!! Won't do business with them again.
