Communication is not very helpful they do not contact you untill you contact them and their responses take very long

Over-all not bad, the pictures uploaded for the product was wrong, I had to email them for an update on my order and took forever for them to reply, not to mention it took them almost 2 weeks just to schedule my order for courier, I myself work in retail with courier parcels, it was a small order so I know it would've taken them 10min to schedule my order for delivery but it took like 2 weeks. Thankfully I got everything I ordered but would rather just order from takealot next time.
