This business is a ****, if you can avoid it at all cost. I placed an Order on 12 February 2024 for a simple order of needles that never arrived. They will keep on hold when you call them for more than 30 min as if they are looking for your order which is their strategy each and every time you phone them. They do not respond to emails and they will not process your refund.
