Undelivered Order and Failure to Refund
Terrible experience doing business with Whittlesea and Whalehead! Placed an order to the value of R5150 (including courier) 2 months ago. Never received the order even after they confirmed ‘it’s been shipped as promised’ then 3 days after telling me the package was shipped they tell me the package is still on the farm due to bad weather. Requested a refund to which they said they will refund me only once the item is sold then said they will refund me within 7 to 14 business days. Did not receive the refund. Tried a payment reversal through the bank which was unsuccessful due to lack of funds. Reported them to CGSO who gave them another 3 weeks to refund me and they did not comply within this timeframe. I regret making this purchase!

Whittlesea and Whalehead not delivering paid for products
Paid via eft for a product on 17 July it has still no been delivered. Owners do not communicate and I have subsequently been approached by other buyers who have experienced the same problem

Whittlesea and Whalehead not delivering paid for products
