Wont pay money back
I am not getting my money owed to me back. We have replaced the estate management of Shingara Sands with MCBMA. I accidentally paid my levy amount into Whitfields account and have been waiting for a transfer of the money into my account since 27 November. I am getting promised it is getting paid everyday since then it has been three weeks and I need the money urgently. Very Bad service.

12 Dec 2020, 10:46Francois, when a BC changes it's Managing Agent there are processes as per the STSMA to befollowed. Body Corporate funds cannot be refunded to a member. Your levy was allocated to Body Corporate funds that Whitfields still holds for Dec expenses. The repayment was processed on 10 December 2020.
