Whitfields should be banned from doing bisiness

After borrowing money from Propel to the complex for re-painting the complex all accounts has been handed over to Propell. Whitfields then took over management of the complex immediately kick-starting my worst nightmare...I was one of many residents still paying off propel as R12'000-00 was added to all accounts for the painting of the estate..I have paid propel every month as per the statement that propel send me for levies, water, security, special levy, effluent, electricity etc. Whitfields immediately started to also charge me for what i have already paid to propel. Communicating with whitfields in this regard help absolutely nothing with the illigal duplication of charges continuing. After more than 3 years of emotional torture in this regard i now opened a legal case against whitfields. Whitfields has no regard for the consumer ignoring consumer complaints with utter disregard...Whitfields should be banned from doing business. This will be one of my requests in the litigation set down for August 2010.

This has been resolved by Whitfields after tracing the owner who complained.

Re the previous comment on 25 jul 2020 at 12;52 that the issue has been resolved.....The public need to know, to date, 06 february 2021 no action has been taken against the employee (Roxanne) who put us trough hell for over 3 years. It is like whitfields just laughs in your face. I am not the only one who wants this company out of our estate.

Theo, Your comment is noted; fortunately the majority of owners want Whitfields to remain as the managing agents for St Louis Body Corporate, and the trustees appreciate the value we in our Managing Agent's role adds to your estate.  Contact your St Louis Owner Care Consultant for any escalations.

Theo,  In our response to you on 180620, Whitfields as a private company stated that we may institute disciplinary procedures against an employee if they are required, which procedure shall be dealt with as an internal matter, but shall not be in response to any ultimatum made by a disgruntled owner
