Whitfields Property - beware!

An update on Plantation Club and the disservice we receive as members. Suffice is to say since my last review and their oh so sincere response absolutely nothing has transpired even with a pending PAIA & CSOS complaint. The General Manager ignores abysmal service despite being copied on everything. The Customer Service Consultant ignores emails, never follows up with progress and then issues a response from our HOA Directors which is a blatant lie! The Customer Relationship Manager is M.I.A. We now have a suspect MOI as the one approved by CIPC had a major flaw in it, only to receive after a query a the exact same document with a page replaced and not very well done at that. Queried as it forms the legal basis of our HOA and no response forthcoming, The latest shot across the bows is that I received a warning for an ******* parking transgression for a car I don't own. If this wasn't so sad and costing us a fortune I would LMAO, but just another example of how a company wipes it's service on Members. I look forward to the repeated (in)sincere response and reserve the right of reply to reveal the true situation. Potential complexes you have been warned!
