WHITFIELDS FAILS!!!

UTTERLY MORTIFIED!! They have no clue of residence rights, i have a nightmare, nuisance neighbor who complains if you **** *****. She has forced 5 tenants out of the current unit i am residing in, the legal measurable volume coming from any given unit at any given time is 70 decimals, easily measured by any sound measurement app which can be downloaded via ios OR Android. I have got to a point where I now measure my volume every single day before watching TV so that I can appease this absolute idiot that I live next door to. Even after calling the police this agency has no value for owners or tenants residing in their respectively managed estates, as they impose unreasonable and uninvestigated fines apon their tenants and owners without taking into consideration immeasurable logic!!!! How does one person manage to get 5 PEOPLE TO MOVE OUT OF THE SAME UNIT!!! EVEN AFTER CALLING A MEETING WITH THE AGENCY AND TRUSTEES THEY ARE STILL BLIND TO THE PROBLEM!! After 5 tenants have moved out for the same reason, that being the absolute worst thing you could imagine as a neighbor, these people (Whitfields) refuse to impose any fine, or implication on the woman who keeps complaining and harassing ANYBODY who moves into the unit beside her EVEN AFTER POLICE HAD ADDRESSED THIS WOMAN, WHITFIELDS STILL REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! I feel deep sympathy for my landlord and owner of my unit as he has lost so many good tenants due to one woman, which when Whitfields took over could have rectified abut CHOSE NOT TO!!!! I love my apartment and i am very hesitant to move, I want to fight for my rights. However after a year of harrassment, I am preparing to throw in the towel. This will leave the owner and landlord without a tenant again!!! DUE TO ONE PROBLEMATIC PERSON!!!!!! I truly hope this complaint is read and taken into deep consideration as this is something that can REALLY ONLY be rectified by Whitfield, regardless of what i do as the residing tenant
