Whitfields Bad service high billing

They are charging me interest every month for no reason even though I pay them monthly they are very unprofessional,they can charge R5000 per month for levies without any explanation the minute you question them they push you from one manager to the next ....they are the worst property management company ever .. I have paid double /triple months in advance but the next month they will claim I still owe them money there is no end to their high charges!!! They need to be brought to book their billing system is really not working properly!!!! As per the NCA you cannot be charging interest without explaining What it’s for!!!!
