Unpaid claim by Whitfield Property Management

Last year March 2021 I was working from home due to lock down. The garden services person came to my yard to cut the grass using a grass cutter. He never asked me to move my car and as a result a stone hit my window (driver side window). He came in and apologized but never did anything about the window. After a week of no action from his side I then took matters into my hands because I was inconvenienced and could not drive without a window anymore. I reported the matter to body corporate and they escalated it to the managing agency Whitefield. I notified body corporate on the steps that I took to fix the window. I sent an email with an invoice to one of the board members who was a mediator on this matter with Whitefield. When I do a follow up with Whitefield I get empty promises or that the person responsible is not available. I am very disappointed by Whitefield i feed disrespected, i wasted my time and money trying to solve this matter, i need to be compensated. Its now a year and three months since the incident and Whitefield have not paid me back my money. They owe me R850
