This people have apartheid just because my daughter stepped on her garden she told me she cant help me even i paid they dont put prepaid meters just because they want to rule people

This people they dont care about other people you own or not they will still rule you with everything i have payed my levis but they still switched of my electricity and i have a small baby who had to sleep without food, went to ask for help where they said we will get help my that old white lady gave me attitude just because my 2 year old baby stepped on her garden
