The nightmare that is Whitfields property agent
Horrible property management company. Been managing Holly Oaks estate before I bought a house there in 2014. Common complaints amongst home owners: they do not listen to home owners, very aggressive and defensive on engagement. Because of their dismissive approach, the courts and CSOS have come to be the voice for residents. They are basically being assisted to manage the estate by 3rd parties. Appalling management style!

07 Jul 2021, 10:23Whitfields as the MA, performs an administrative service to Holly Oaks HOA in terms of a SLA, and acts at all times as instructed by the elected directors of the HOA. We realise, that this may result at times, in owners taking umbrage with administrative action taken by Whitfields on behalf of the HOA. This may result in a dispute between an owner and the HOA directors regarding administrative action taken by Whitfields on their instruction. To resolve such may then require the intervention of the CSOS adjudication process or a court of law, where the HOA, if incurring legal fees, would seek to recover such from the owner. Such a dispute has nothing to do with Whitfields, it is between the owner and the HOA represented by their directors. It is thus unfortunate that you choose this platform to cast unsubstantiated aspersions and invective the way of Whitfields as a company, that is in our view without basis.
