Terrible Service

I have a property managed by Whitfields property management, I called them on Monday with a geyser problem, they advised me that they will come back to me with regards to the insurance covering the repair, today is Wednesday and they have not gotten back to me, they are rude and have no way of speaking to clients. <br> <br> TERRIBLE SERVICE
