Takes my visitor's parking bay without reason

I got an email yesterday from Whitfields stating that they have now given my parking bay to another unit. I'm sorry what? No explanation. Just an email stating this is happening and that I have no legal right to the parking bay that has been allocated to me for the past 5 years. Then I email back asking why MY parking bay, and no reply.
