Reuben is very Rude and not Helpful
Good day
I spoke to Reuben regarding the sewerage that is blocked from the outside @ clearwater heights complex as Ralph is on leave , ****s are outside the building, the only thing he said is pay out of your pocket. how do i pay out of my pocket when I'm paying rates for services that is occurring from the outside.
he is not helpful and never listen to customers, a person like him is not suitable to help client , as a customer service sometimes you need listen to what we saying. you are very Rude and not helpful. he even hang up the phone on me and acting as he didn't receive the email sent.
Whitf**** please put people who care about your customers to assist you

We understand that the issue was resolved by the plumber we arranged, We have taken the requisite disciplinary steps to address the matter with him, to ensure that he is better trained to be more polite.
