Refusing to assist

Since last year August I have had a noise nuisance complaint and until date nothing has been done , security refuses now to go and tell the people upstairs to calm down . It's constant banging jumping running until 10pm at night the only thing that actually works is loud music but what about the rest of my neighbours no investigations have been made I'm told letters and fines are issued but the problem persists. These people came into my unit to harrass me and screamt threats from there window nothing was done . Endless emails and calls still with no results . They think my life is a joke I was diagnosed with clinical depression after loosing my mother to covid in July they still refuse to assist . When asking for all the security transcripts of the issue it is now not for public eye. These people are more then the allowed number of people in a unit still a blind eye is given. There was a incident where they did drilling after hours and they were granted permission via management without getting consent from all the surrounding units . They just refuse to help at all .
