Poor service

This is the worst managing property agent, they are very unprofessional. We have unresolved issues with you at Ihlathi estate.

We have requested for a meeting with our trustees and you guys decided to decline it without a valid reasons. We don’t know our trustees and we don’t have their contact details. The trustees are making decisions on behalf of the owners without informing them,Who approved the special levies?

We are paying you guys to manage the property, you simply couldn’t collect the outstanding levies to the owners but we are paying you guys to do that.

We urgently request a meeting with our trustees, we need a clarity regarding the invalid signatures/information.
