Poor service
The sale of my moms unit at The Guild Retirement village was registered on 29 November 2024. We paid December and January in advance to get clearance. Total of R 14,416.44. After numerous email follow ups we still haven’t received the refund. Two and a half months on. The standard response on every email is we have forwarded your email and will respond asap. We started following up in January 2025. 5 follow ups sent. 5 standard responses.
