Poor management by Whitfield Property Agents
Our sectional title body corporate was canvassed to move to Whitfield Property. What an absolutely wrong move. After 6 months of the transfer Whitfield could not give the trustees financial information to work with. Directions from the trustees are not follow through. In general a big mess! The Body Corporate decided to leave Whitfield .Properties. The necessary 2 month's notice was given. After nearly 3 months the total of our funds have not been transferred and information required by the new property agent was not provided. Best stay away!

We simply could not meet the expectations of the Body Corporate at the fees generated and accepted the early termination however we must follow our own internal processes before the full amount can be transferred to your bank account to ensure that all services and/or debit orders have been cancelled.
You may certainly liaise with the respective office to enquire when the final payment will be made to your bank account.
