Poor management

I would NEVER consider buying into an estate where Whitfields manages the scheme’s finances. This company is the epitome of incompetence. They’ve repeatedly misallocated funds and falsely claimed credits were app****, leaving me double-charged on the same expenses.

After noticing discrepancies, I sent all my statements for review. Unsurprisingly, an audit confirmed my suspicions: Whitfields has been overcharging me for electricity for over two years. When I tried to address this, a rude representative called me, speaking in an unprofessional and condescending tone, claiming I was “misinformed” while offering no real assistance .

Emails? Forget it—they’re experts at ignoring them. I still have emails that have not been responded to as I write this.

I’m escalating this matter in January with my legal team , as I’ve had enough of their repeated mistakes, lack of accountability, and the unnecessary frustration they’ve caused. Avoid Whitfields at all costs.

Reviewer Update

Unfortunately, my experience has been entirely contrary to the values you claim to uphold as a company and this generic response instead of reviewing all the correspondence with Martha is just not going to cut it. Your reviews on here and Google are already ********** and prove me right. I have already sent multiple emails and supporting documents highlighting the discrepancies in my account, including overcharges on electricity , misallocation of funds and double billing on July electricity. My most recent email, sent on the 17th of December remains unanswered. This lack of communication and resolution has left me no choice but to escalate my frustrations publicly. If you are genuinely committed to addressing this matter, I expect the following: 1. A detailed and accurate reconciliation of my account, reflecting all corrections. 2. Confirmation of a timeline for resolving the overcharges. 3. A written explanation for the errors and the steps your team will take to ensure they do not happen again. You may refer to the emails I have already sent, including those with Martha since October until now (December) where I began asking her of unfounded charges on my statements as well as my tenants or provide an appropriate email address to which I can forward them once more. Please note that if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal legal and regulatory escalation immediately after the holidays.
