Pathetic abusive Body corporate WHITFIELDS my rights remain reserved
Whitfields in Bryanston North has abused me by not doing anything about a new tenant who moved in next to me, beat me up tried to ****** me, stalks me, parks in my parking bay, disobeying all body corporate rules and THEY DO NOT CARE. NAMES ARE: Tracy and Ramone. The service is ********** they do not care about the well being of tenants at all although we pay hefty prices too.

12 Dec 2021, 08:24Jan, we are sorry that you are being abused by another tenant in the scheme where you live, which should be a safe space. It is extremely unfair of you to name two of our staff who have tried their best to assist you where they can, and who are sympathetic to your circumstances. It has been explained that a Managing Agent has no legislative or enforceable powers in the running of a scheme, the behaviour of residents or the enforcement of rules governing a scheme. All of these functions are that of the trustees, who perform these functions on behalf of the Body Corporate. Any conduct or management rule violations made by any resident or tenant should be addressed directly by yourself to your owner ( or their agent). They would then address such any issue to the trustees, who would advise the owner of the unit where the tenant resides, of any rule violations and demand that the tenant cease such behaviour, with the owner held responsible to ensure a tenant of their complies with the scheme rules. There are however very limited legislated actions that the trustees can take in such circumstances unless the rules provide for fining an owner if a tenant breaks rules. More than that they themselve cannot do. Abuse or threats of physical violence made against your person or property by another person, should be addressed by yourself through laying a charge with the police, or by taking out a restraining order.

12 Dec 2021, 09:15I acknowledge receipt of your message above. Tracy and Ramone did nothing to help me in anyway, show me proof? my rights remainf they helped me, why am I booking my second night in a hotel then? You were not sympathetic, you were against me.
I did direct all matters to the owner and agent who no longer exists. NO ONE HELPED.
With all due respect I have a copy of your body corporate rules sent to me by Ramone himself
Unit 25 is not obeying any of these rules.
ATTEMPT of ******, abuse, physical abuse is already with police.
Your tenant is on purpose waking me up every night at 12am as when I go outside to look he quickly switches his light off. This clearly shows he is not in a good state of mind to hit women.
The lady tenant had her dogs urinate on your wall recently as 4 people are cramped in an apartment with no balcony or garden. Is this actually allowed? Especially that it is a simplex upstairs unit.
Tracy was rude to me on email and very ****y which I don't appreciate. No one to date has helped and it's over a month of abuse.
You shamed me by sending my private video around so it's basically the same thing.
Logic Sense says 18 months I had no issues once with previous owner, logic sense I don't have peace with new tenants because there are too many people in a small apartment.
