Not an expert in property management, lack accountability

I am charged for property rates by both Whitfields and the municipality. Whitfields rate are way more than the municipality, they charge exorbitant amount. They do not accept responsibility and are quick to point fingers at how it was your responsibility to alert them. If they are experts in the field of property management, how long do they think it takes for municipality to start issuing rates and taxes to the owner, definitely not the whole year. They are happy to charge you more than the municipality and earn interest for as long as they can. Really unprofessional and interested in self enrichment.
