Non existing managing agent

The electric fencing was replaced/ rewired on a complex wall that is next to my property, about 2 weeks ago. A tree was trimmed to enable the work to continue. I discovered last week Wednesday that the branches that were cut off from the tree were dumped in my yard, on top of shrubs/ plants that I have growing near the perimeter wall that we are sharing. I have been living here for the past 27 years. The complex was registered 17 years ago. I have tried to resolve this matter with Whitfields on 4 occasions from last Wed to last Fri, to no avail. I made 1 call and followed it up with 4 emails to the portfolio managers, who have yet to make contact with me.

Good day Clifford, I'm not sure how you expect Whitfields to respond to this review when you provide no complex name or who you contacted.  It is the complex trustees who must resolve such an issue not the Managing Agent, so your emails would have been forwarded to them to investigate and respond.

Hi,
Thank you for the speedy response.
All the details are contained in the email sent to Karen and I left the details with the lady that answered my call, last Wednesday. The Electric fencing contractor would have been appointed by Whitfields. Or do the trustees appoint and pay contractors out of the finances for the complex? One of the trustees swore at me when I tried to resolve the matter in person, last week Thursday. since I got no response from Whitfields. Mondeor gardens.

Hi
The trustees appointed & instructed the electric fence contractor. Whitfields performs an administrative role, under instruction from the trustees, appointed by owners to run the scheme on their behalf.Your email was sent to the trustees for their response. This cannot be resolved by Whitfields.
