Intercom not work,ing for three months

I made an offer on a place in Sundowner in a complex called La Dolce Vita.<br> When the offer was made and accepted all was in order with the intercom. I moved into the place in July and to date I can't get my phone connected to the intercom...<br> First I was told that the intercom is out of order for months until I complained to Whitfields and the intercom magically was fixed the same day...<br> Now after almost a week of asking when my number will be set up I've had enough...<br> I pay almost R2000 a month for these issues not to be my problem and here I am once again complaining to you guys...
