Insurance and property managers
Back in January, Whitfields, who manage the complex I own property in, sent out plumbers to look at a faulty gyser. I was told that the gyser would be replaced under warranty and that the property insurance was taking care of the dealings with the plumbers.
Last night the gyser that was replaced in January broke and not Kwikot or Whittfields want to address the issue at hand. e.g. why a gyser that is 10 months old stops working. They claim the gyser isn't under warranty anymore and was installed in 2012.
******* business practice in South Africa is shocking.
