******* billing to my Levy Account

A leak detection was ordered by my neighbor who owns ground level apartment but the billing for the services was charged into my levy account. The leak detection test was carried out in July 2015 witnessed by myself, my wife and the neighbor. The plumber run the testing along the bath tab to check but there was no evidence of leakage around the bath tab, he did not pick up wetness within the walls to indicate any leakage with the pipework/ plumbing. The silicone installed in the bath tab had no visible sign of degradation or deterioration as you will see where the bathroom has been neglected. There was no conclusive evidence of leakage nor any wetness along the wall and the three of us witnessed the testing and were satisfied. A report was prepared by the plumber that was used to look for where to apportion the blame. I should not be billed for the leak detection as the cause of the problem was not conclusively established. I have raised the issue numerous times & sent a report to show my dispute, Whitefield has not made any attempt to resolve this dispute in a fairer manner but has opted for the game of sending me back and forth to the body corporate which is clearly uninterested
