How to work over a home owner

<p>Nine months ago, I arrvived home one day and the complex I own property in, had a malfunctioning gate.</p> <p>When I drove through the gate, it started closing on my car and the right rear back door had to be replaced by my insturance.</p> <p>For the past nine months, my insurance (King Price) have been trying to claim back the monies from the insurance Whitfields choose (Bidvest).</p> <p>After nine months, Whitfields and Bidvest came back saying that the common gate was insured but the event was not.</p> <p>I find this highly irregular as Whitfields is responsible for the proerties management.</p> <p> </p>
