Barking dog -

My neighbour in Unit 2 Thembi Rock has a young border collie which is constantly barking at night. It starts anywhere from 11pm or 2am and continues until about 6:30am the following morning. <br> From my side I have spoken to the owners (who have a ****py attitude), wore earplugs, kept all my doors & windows closed and offered them suggestions, but the situation has not changed.<br> <br> I have emailed Whitfields 31 times. Called their office daily, but I was told it's a dog, and a dog barks. I got told the owners tried everything they can to stop the excessive barking (So they admitted to the problem), and that there are no other contemplatives. I have contacted the SPCA who told me it is not there issue, called the police who said I need to take it up with the body corporates. <br> <br> I love animals but I have gotten to a stage where it affecting me dramatically. I get 2 hours sleep if I'm lucky, struggling to function at work and it's making me physically sick as I have autoimmune disease. I don't want to do something that I will regret but I need someone to take this matter seriously and help me.
