****roaches in food

I am EXTREMELY APPALLED and DISGUSTED by WHITFIELD BAKERY Port Elizabeth. Saturday 19 August 2017 my friend bought 1 Coffee and 2 Hot Chocolates for us. We left the the bakery after receiving our hot drinks. As I was drinking my hot chocolate I felt some hard unchewable pieces in my mouth thinking its the granules from the coco and the sugar. As I was half way through my drink I felt a big piece, that's when I felt uncomfortable and checked my drink. Guess what, a ****ROACH was inside, the leg and head floating and sticking to the side of the cup. We all checked our cups and they had some things floating in them. We returned to the bakery the Supervisor/Owner was called. This is what makes me more SICK he did not say a word to us he just looked at the machine and walked off, NO APOLOGY. Then the cashier gave us a refund

How many people buy Hot beverages there and end up having ****roaches in their drinks without noticing or even in their food, it's DISGUSTING.

I am a Vegetarian what if this causes harm to my body because of someone who is providing a service to the public just acts as if nothing happened.

DISGUSTED to the core right now I don't even have an appetite.
