poor mentality lack of interest

We have registered with the college in October 2014 and paid R900 which wall supposed to be R650 registration and R250 for a T-shirt and a student card which I have never received numerous times I reported to the office to collect and there was no come back with regards to the refund I requested.<br> <br> As the year 2015 had started I started college in February and attended all my classes as per year plan when we had reached September they told me I could not write English and Afrikaans in November they told me to re-register for all exams in 2016 until the principle had told me there is no registration for the rest of the 2015 I have to come back in 2016 and do the whole year over again.<br> <br> All exams I had left for 2015 was Maths, English and Afrikaans, they told me I can combine this year's results with my outstanding exams in 2016 which also when I confronted the principle he told me this was not true I cannot I have to start college over again, I then requested the receptionist to cancel my course I am currently doing she said she can't I have to continue paying so they can keep my details on the system for registration in 2016.<br> <br> I have received no results from any of my exa
