Grade 11 students ******

<p>Hello Peter my brother with fellow students have been attending Whitestone college whereby they passed grade 11 as accepted now when they went to register they were given transfer letters because the school can't accommodate them (" the maximum 25 have been reached ") my question is where must the student go and finish matric? Even a government school can't help</p>
